1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AIVALRY (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the audio, video and images you publish. By publishing, you grant AIVALRY a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service so it can appear in feeds, battles and rankings. You represent that you have the rights to everything you upload, including any third-party or AI-model rights.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates others’ rights. Do not manipulate votes, abuse the API, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Moderation & termination
We may review reported content and remove it at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which erases your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AIVALRY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
